This is a LBRY community–centric alpha of LBC support on the existing Bison Wallet / DCRDEX stack — Native SPV, no 262 GB chain for traders. Compile lbc-mainnet-alpha, swap LBC/DCR, prove it on-chain. Not merged upstream.

Alpha reward — 10,000 LBC + 1 DCR

Requirements to win 10,000 LBC + 1 DCR

Must have a blue checkmark Twitter / X account.
Must have either LBC or DCR to trade with and lock fidelity bonds (0.1 DCR or 500 LBC per tier).
Must compile the lbc-mainnet-alpha branch and make a successful swap.
Must provide tx-id from the Maker Redemption and Taker Redemption transactions by commenting on this tweet.

Build from source

There are no public binaries for this alpha — compile it yourself. You need Go 1.24+, Node.js 18+ (with npm) and Git. Native LBC is the default wallet tab (no local lbcd). Register at dex.revivel.app:7232.

Swap settlement: 3 confirmations on LBC (~7–8 min), 1 on DCR. Experimental software — only size you can lose.

Build on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)

1. Prerequisites — Git and curl, Node.js 22 via nvm, Go from go.dev/dl (installed in your home folder).

2. Clone, build and run — go version should show 1.24 or newer and node -v v18 or newer.

Already cloned? The clone line will just say the folder exists; the next lines still update and build it. In a new terminal, run source ~/.nvm/nvm.sh first if node -v shows an old version.

Build on Windows (Git Bash)

1. Prerequisites — in PowerShell, install Go, Node.js LTS and Git (or use the installers: Go, Node.js LTS, Git for Windows). Then close PowerShell.

2. Clone, build and run — open a new Git Bash window (so it sees the new tools) and run:
